Hey, I’m Girish Gopal, an Indian digital designer living in Kerala. For more than 20 years, I have worked for global tech businesses in Bangalore, developing their brands & digital experiences. My experience encompasses roles as a full-time employee as well as independent consulting engagements.

Currently, I offer two distinct services. I provide high-quality WordPress websites with Cloud hosting and pro plugins. I also offer limitless, excellent design work as an on-demand designer partner, with no overhead or contracts. Pay a flat monthly fee, and you can cancel at any time.  As a design partner, I create marketing lead magnets (books, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and PDFs) that blend strategy and brand aesthetics.

Due to confidentiality agreements with many organizations, I am unable to publicly share certain projects. As a result, I have curated a private portfolio with all my recent works. If you are interested in working with me, we can have a demo call, or I can provide private portfolio access.

Past Experience

I started my career at early 2000s, grew my career along with the internet and web world. WordPress was made in 2003, the year I started my career. After two decades, WordPress still accounts for 43% of websites, dominating the CMS market with an over 60% share.
DevOn Software

2017 – 2024

DevOn is a global company headquartered in the Netherlands, with corporate offices in the United Kingdom and India. The company provides IT services and IT consulting to enterprises worldwide.

I worked with some of DevOn’s clients in the initial months and then moved into the marketing team. My primary responsibilities were maintaining their WordPress websites — devon.nl, the global site, and the Academy. I developed their brand-new career site, designed two books, and was part of all of their marketing campaigns.

Design Consultant

2012 – 2017

As a consultant, I work with many startup and middle level enterprises, many of them are listed in my public portfolio as well. This includes agencies at Bangalore like Musecomm, Nuvodev Technologies, Atheos Infrasolutions, Digitapt Technologies, etc. I got an offer from Prowareness Technologies as fulltime employee, which later changed their name to DevOn Software.
Orchid Informatics

2009 – 2012

Orchid was one of my client while freelancing. I joined there as one of the founding partner of their design studio called Graphics Plot and I worked with many clients including Prowareness as one of them.

Freelance Designer

2008 – 2009

The 2008 recession hit badly, I’ve to start working as a freelancer worked with start up companies to build their brand and websites.
Fomax Information Technologies

2007 – 2008

I joined Fomax as team lead, Design. Fomax is a web & Software development company who support start ups, mid-level companies, and educational institutions in Bangalore.
ADDR Technologies

2005 – 2007

An outsourcing web development company headquartered in United States. I worked as Sr. Web designer along with 10 members design team.

Indias-Best

2004 – 2005

I shifted to Bangalore on early 2004, joined Indias best – a tech company doing city directories and tech company maps. I worked as a graphic  & web designer majorly handling their resource directory websites.

Started my career as a Jr. Designer at two start-up companies in Kochi.

You can reach out through the contact form on this website or email me at contact@madebyg.in. We can either schedule a video call or you can share your requirements via email. Based on that, I’ll send you a relevant questionnaire and the next steps.

Hassle-free WordPress site​

It’s a complete package of premium tools and ongoing services. The package includes cloud hosting, Elementor or Bricks Pro page builder, AIOS premium security, licensed images and videos from Freepik and Envato Elements, Google Drive backups, and more.

Services include content updates, new pages or posts, design changes, plugin updates, continuous monitoring, and fixing broken pages or links.
You do — completely. Once the website is delivered and full payment is completed, all files, content, and assets belong to you.
That’s also one of the reasons I use WordPress — it’s the most widely used platform and easy to edit without depending on a developer. And of course, you can always hand it back to me whenever you need help.
While I use reliable third-party providers for hosting and security, occasional downtime can happen beyond anyone’s control. If that occurs, I’ll act quickly to restore your website and minimize disruption.
Since the service relies on third-party tools and providers (such as Hostinger, Google Drive, and AIOS), I can’t accept legal liability for downtime or data loss caused by external factors. However, I’m committed to responding promptly and doing my best to get your website back online and running normally.

With your plan, I can handle design updates and add new pages or posts whenever needed. If you’re looking for a complete website redesign, you can subscribe to the on-demand design plan until the new website is ready.
Yes. I can migrate your website to my hosting setup. If needed, I can rebuild it using Elementor Pro, or you can continue using your existing theme — whichever works best for you.
No. New website design and building are included in the package.
However, if you already have a website running on my plan and request a complete redesign later, you’ll need to subscribe to the on-demand design plan until the new website is ready.
You can cancel your hosting and maintenance subscription at any time. You’ll continue to receive full service until the end of your current billing period. After that, you’ll receive a complete backup of your website.
 
If needed, I can help migrate your site elsewhere. Going forward, you’ll need to purchase your own licenses for Elementor/Bricks and other premium plugins. However, you can continue using the licensed images already placed on your website.

On-Demand Designer​

My on-demand design service focuses on marketing collaterals such as corporate books, whitepapers, case studies, event brochures, company presentations, PDF reports, social media post visuals, and more.

You can request my latest portfolio to see recent work.
You can subscribe for as little as one month. There are no contracts and no overheads — just a flat monthly rate. You can pause or cancel anytime.

Simply choose the plan based on your project needs. For example, a corporate book may take 3–4 months, while a whitepaper or case study can usually be completed within a month.
There’s no fixed limit. You can submit as many requests as you like. Projects are completed one by one, with one active task at a time to ensure quality focus.
